Q1. Thank you very much for your time! Before we introduce your new release to our readers – what kind of drink would you recommend to zip on while they listen to your new music?
A. Well my drink of choice is usually a vodka and diet coke (everyone who knows me just orders me that without asking lol) BUT as my new single is all about the summer and partying and love then I’d say grab yourself a cocktail.
Q2. Please give us an update about – new single, new album, tour dates, new videos?!
A. So I’m a massive fan of Cascada and wanted to do a very up beat, feel good summer track to get everyone in the summer mood.
I’m so lucky to perform across the lgbtq scene across UK and Europe so I decided along with my manager Karen at Karpow Entertainment and my label Moore Music to cover the 2012 hit single „Summer of Love“ but give it and Allan Jay twist.

On the summer of love EP we have mixes from Matt Pop, David Noakes and Rob Moore and the have made it a real summer Anthem.
No album set at the moment but a few follow up singles in pipeline and maybe another album down the line.
My last album was ‚Allan Jay – love and pride, the singles collection“ which is on all download platforms as well as streaming.

Q3. We live in times of many conspiracy theories. Which, harmless, theory would you wish were true? (For example Dinos living inside Earth or E.T. living in a home in California)
A. Good question, well probably UFOs and spaceships and Aliens.
I wouldn’t want the horrible ones that want to kill us to be true but with the universe meant to be as big as it is, I think the idea of other worlds and life forms could be exciting.

Q4. What fashion style or brand would best describe your music?
A. Well I’m lucky enough to be brand ambassador for Molly and Tommy ( www.mollyandtommy.com) who are Brighton, colourful, comfy and fun.
I also am lucky to have my stage outfits made by „House of Adrenaline“ (www.houseofadrenaline.co.uk) who make me sparkle and shine.
So I think a good mix between these to brands and it sums me and my music up.
Q5. Tell us more about your songs! Topics! Message!?
A. In the main I like the dance, up lifting and fun style to record and perform, life hasn’t been great for everyone during and after the pandemic so I love uplifting people and making it fun.
However I trained in musical theatre and performed in many shows so I do enjoy and emotional ballad.
„Summer of love“ however is a feel good, get out in the summer, get some sunshine, enjoy life, party, see friends and laugh and love. That’s definitely my thoughts for summer 2023.
Q6. Beside music, do you have any special talents?
A. In truth no, lol. My Gran once said I was born singing and dancing. I feel very lucky that I have a career I love. It’s all I’ve ever done. Went to collage and trained in musical theatre and performing, singing, music ect is all I’ve done. I Love it, I get to meet so many amazing people and travel all over.
So no other hidden talents I’m afraid.
Q7. Name 5 things we all should know about you as an artist?!
A. I’d like to think I’m Fun, Kind, Supportive, enthusiastic and very driven not just for me but those I work with.
I think that’s a good thing?
Q8. How did you learn to sing/ to write/ to play??
A. I’ve always sang and danced for the time I could speak and walk.
Performing in shows ect from a young age. I then left school at 16 and trained in Musical Theatre at Motherwell Collage in Scotland before moving to London.
I don’t play any instruments and have only done little writing, so I really class myself as a vocalist altho I’d love to co write and see what can create.
Q9. A question you’d like to answer, but never been asked in an interview before?! + Answer plse
A. If could wave a magic want and anything could come true for your career what would it be?
I would love to keep recording and releasing music BUT I’d love my own music and chat show.
That would be a dream come true.
