The Italian sports brand UYN is launching its first neuroreactive running shoe collection in the spring/summer 2024 season and – as is typical for the brand – it has developed an absolute game-changer with this shoe. In contrast to traditional models, UYN relies on an innovative approach that revolutionizes standards. While other brands focus on the predictable mechanics of running, UYN goes one step further.
The UYN running shoe collection is based on a unique scientific study on the reactivity of the neuromuscular system, which was carried out in collaboration with CeRiSM at the University of Verona. Three shoe models have been created for different running requirements, offering athletes optimal performance in terms of movement efficiency, postural stability and speed of adaptation to external influences.

Together with the CeRiSM of the University of Verona and its own research center AREAS, UYN has researched running movements under unpredictable conditions in order to meet the real challenges of a run. Because the world in which we set our steps is never free from unexpected movement influences.
The result is not only a technological masterpiece, but also an aesthetic highlight. The seamless upper material made of high-performance Felixcorn biofiber, which is obtained from corn kernels, ensures not only elasticity, but also exceptional breathability and quick drying. The H.A.L.O. system stabilizes the heel and directs the foot onto a neutral path, while the Power Chassis system provides greater torsional stability and optimal energy return. The heel of the shoe features the exclusive Freebound design, which allows the heel to absorb impact forces laterally and prepare the foot for forward movement in the push-off phase. The Propulsyon foam midsole also combines cushioning and reactivity, ensuring the right rebound when running.
