Manowce Castle was awarded the title European Best Wedding Venue by European Best Destinations, the largest tourism organization in Europe, beating out a selection of breathtaking wedding locations such as the Greek island of Santorini and the Portuguese Algarve and even Venice.
Manowce Castle was appreciated not only for the perfect combination of picturesque location and exclusive interior, but also for its professionally compiled offer for newlyweds, its flexible approach to each customer and the high quality of services.
Manowce is a historic property in a unique location in northwest Poland, embedded in a huge forest area far away from any residential areas, directly on the banks of the Szczecin Lagoon on the Baltic Sea. Built at the beginning of the 20th century, the castle and park were restored a few years ago so that they remain true to the original vision of the impressive country estate. European Best Destinations is a tourism organization created to promote culture and tourism. Every year competitions are organized, such as the most worth seeing city, the best travel destination or the most romantic place.
The website operated by the organization is one of the most visited websites worldwide. It is best known for its online voting-based Best European Destination competition, the award of which is of particular value to the winners. To date, five Polish cities have been among the top 20 destinations recognized by European Best Destinations.
