Hi, we appreciate yours! We are OuttaCity, a collective of creatives based in Kent, UK. The 2 artists featured on “Coco” are Nick Notes and O.C Lee
2. Please give us an update about your new track “COCO“
“Coco” has been receiving love all around! From long term fans and local support, to new people popping up to follow the journey! We appreciate it all! And can’t wait to see where Coco goes! We have 2 more tracks coming in April and May so stay tuned!
3. Name 5 things we all should know about you as a duo?!
We both had our own journey’s with music before we combined forces. Nick Notes went by the name Rinceman and O.C Lee used to be called LAW, both grime and rap artists in the early stages.
We spent the last year coming up with a sound and a formula at a studio we have over in Gravesend, Kent.
Nick Notes is originally from Dartford, and O.C Lee from Borstal, Rochester, both in Kent, UK.
We could keep up with wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg!

4. What fashion style or brand would best describe your music?
OuttaCity! It’s a lifestyle !
5. Tell us more about the meaning behind “COCO“
“Coco” represents leaving behind old ways and people! moving forward for the greater good! Keeping the circle tight and pursuing what’s meant to be.
6. Beside music, do you guys have any special talents?
O.C Lee: I can jump in a bowl backwards on some skates!
Nick Notes: High THC tolerance!
7. Being on stage feels like….?
Being at home!
8. How did you learn to write lyrics?
Nick Notes: I always recorded on tape when I could as a kid and learned from there, but another Musician from Kent, Harry Shotta taught me how to structure lyrics at a music camp one summer when I was 11.
O.C Lee: I used to remix a lot of music I heard on the radio from around 10 years old and make comedy versions, then it progressed into to writing serious lyrics and songs.

Nick Notes: what’s your favourite colour? Answer: Orange
O.C Lee: What made you the grumpy bastard you are today ?
