Hi, we are OGMH from Switzerland and we write neo goth songs. But this release is a remix of our song “Nobody”.
Please give us an update about – new single, new album, tour dates, new videos?!
Our new remix was created by the talented Dutch producer and artist Alina Valentina. The turned our fast paced and hysterical new wave track “Nobody” into a dreamy mix of synth pop and electronica. And there is more to come. We have two other remixes of songs off our latest EP “Die or Die” waiting to be released. Plus to see us live, we will be playing a couple of shows in Switzerland, so keep an eye out, if you are in the region.
Name 5 things we all should know about you as a band?!
1 We may write depressing songs, but we are actually quite fun to be around with. We try not to take life too seriously.
2 Though we all have very different backgrounds aspire different things in life, at some point we all went to school together.
3 We are allergic to mushrooms. The normal ones.
4 All the artworks for our music have been made by ourselves.
5 OGMH is an acronym for our headquarters in New Jersey calles Ocean Grove Memorial Home
What fashion style or brand would best describe your music?
Black, plain, mysterious, dark. Let’s go with Chanel.
What’s your songwriting process?
Usually we barricade ourselves in our studio with a couple ideas and record through the night.
If you could change anything about the industry, what would it be?
That’s a tricky one. But the most important thing would be that everyone in the industry should know, that artists should get paid what they are worth, since they are the ones who entertain. They have to pay rent too.

Where we are right now, with our music, is at a point of catharsis. We write depressing songs with fun melodies to cleanse ourselves from the big sad.

What is the latest vinyl, CD, cassette, album, etc. you have purchased?
I guess it would be Body Works by Negative Gemini, or how Neggy Gemmy how she calls herself nowadays. I recommend checking her out. If you like hypnagogic pop, that’s the way to go.
