This season, Vans is proud to debut its collaboration with Advisory Board Crystals (Abc.) — a boundary pushing, mindfully-focused label based in Los Angeles, California. Vans and Abc. combine their respective love of art and share that through a new adaptation of one of Vans’ most well-known styles, the Sk8-Hi.
The Vans x Abc. SK8-Hi EXT is an extension of both nostalgia and trend. The multi-layered aesthetic blends both function and style with references to iconic Vans product. The SK8-Hi EXT is transformed from a hi to mid top, and harnessing Vans’ and Abc.’s attention to detail and creative vision, the silhouette takes shape in Ecru/ Nimbus Cloud and Abc. Mismatch Black/White colorways.
As the hero style of this collection, this shoe features webbing details added from Abc. apparel designs, Abc.’s Authenticator, a bungee cord lace with an Abc. logo lace hook, and a debossed Abc. logo on the vulcanized rubber toe bumper. The style also features Certilogo labels for authenticity.
