Montblanc stellte die neue Montblanc x Naruto Kollektion in den Gärten von Happoen im Herzen von Tokio vor. Mit Schreibgeräten, Accessoires, Lederwaren und Smartwatches zelebriert die kategorieübergreifende Kollektion nicht nur die Kunst des kreativen Storytellings, sondern auch den kulturellen Einfluss der japanischen Manga- und Anime-Serie Naruto, die die Fantasie von Fans auf der ganzen Welt beflügelt und dieses Jahr ihr 20. Jubiläum feiert.
Gäste wie Evan Mock, Lucky Blue Smith, Shuzo Ohira, Nic Kaufmann und Hikari Mori tauchten in die magische und farbenfrohe Welt des Waisenjungen Naruto ein, der in einem fiktiven Universum oberster Ninja seines Dorfes werden möchte und auf der Suche nach Anerkennung und Erfüllung zahlreiche Abenteuer erlebt. Die Gäste erwartete eine Führung durch die traditionellen japanischen Gärten von Happoen, ein Cocktailempfang, ein Dinner und ein besonderes Montblanc x Naruto Erlebnis im HAKUHOK-AN, einem Veranstaltungszentrum, das sich durch seine erstklassige japanische Architektur auszeichnet.
Das Design der Montblanc x Naruto Kollektion betont die Bedeutung der Weitergabe von Wissen, indem die Beziehung zwischen Naruto und seinem Mentor Jiraiya in den Vordergrund gestellt wird. Davon ließ sich das Naruto-Team inspirieren und kreierte zur Feier der Markteinführung einen Anime, der die Macht des Schreibens und die Weitergabe von Werten unterstreicht. Der Film wurde von Nicolas Baretzki, CEO von Montblanc, und Yukio Kawasaki, Senior Managing Director von TV Tokyo Holdings Inc., vorgestellt und nach dem Dinner uraufgeführt.
Für Unterhaltung sorgten außerdem DJane, Modeikone und Kimono-Stylistin Mademoiselle Yulia sowie TSUGARU SHAMISEN SANGENSHI, ein Trio, das unter anderem Pop- und Anime-Songs auf dem für seinen einzigartigen Klang bekannten Saiteninstrument SHAMISEN neu interpretierte.
