1. Thank you very much for your time! Before we introduce your new release to our readers – what kind of drink would you recommend to zip on while they listen to your new music?
Hey there, thank you for having me! I think a Gin Tonic would be perfect. A little bit bitter but very tasty.
2. Please give us an update about – new single, new album, tour dates, new videos?!
I just released my new Single „Algorithmus Liebe“. It is the first Song from my upcoming EP „El Dorado“ this summer. You can follow me on Spotify to stay updated.
3. Name 5 things we all should know about you as an artist?
1. I am kind of a „360 degree“ artist. I do almost everything by myself. Most of my musicvideos, website, shop and all the creative stuff around.
2. I started playing my own headline shows at 18 and play concerts for over 11 years now.
3. I am a writing artist. So all of my songs are written by myself or together with some other musicians in sessions.
4. My music is pop music, influenced by indie and alternative sounds.
5. I love everything about being a musician. Creating a whole world with music, fashion and art.
4. What fashion style or brand would best describe your music?
I think my music has a classy modern base mixed with accents of edgy vintage pieces. I am definitely more influenced by people, rather than brands. Some of my current style and music influences are Harry Styles, Chip Chrome and Phoebe Bridgers.
5. Tell us more about your song! What’s the Message!?
„Algorithmus Liebe“ describes a toxic relationship and dependency to digital and social media. Without being online all day I just feel anxious nowadays. It’s kind of a hate love song for the algorithms in my life.
6. Beside music, do you have any special talents?
I just graduated university as an economy engineer, so I am kind of number addicted. This also shows in my love for excel documents, in which i structure almost everything. It resulted in the nickname „pdf Lucas“.
7. Being on stage feels like ….!
„I can’t do this….there are so many people…noo….oh, this isn’t bad at all.…is this a dream…I don’t want it to be over…when is my next show?“
8. How did you learn to sing/ to write/ to play??
I started to sing and play the guitar at elementary school. At the age of 12 i made my first YouTube cover videos and around 15 I started writing my own songs.
9. A question you’d like to answer, but never been asked in an interview before?! + Answer pls
I am a huge guitar nerd so probably: „Which guitar in your collection is your favorite and which one is the most used?“
And I have one answer for both: my 1995 Gibson Les Paul Special Double Cut with P90. We both exist since ’95 and we will stay together forever.
