1. How did you get into modeling?
My first experience with modeling was a fitness shoot. I had spent a lot of effort into my physique, but I wanted to bring my workouts and nutrition to a higher level by setting a hard goal for myself. And that goal became preparations for a fitness shoot.
I liked being a model and decided to sign me up for Mister International Netherlands
2. What are you doing if you are not modeling?
When i’m not modeling, I am working as a social worker with people with a mental disorder or as a fitness instructor at a local gym. Every Thursday I’m combining both worlds and take my clients to the gym to give them a custom training.
When I’m not working as wel, I am working out myself. 6 times a week I go to the gym to work on my physique
3. The most spontaneous/difficult/strange thing you’ve ever done?
My participation in the Mister International Netherlands contest was pretty spontaneous. The idea came up on a lazy Sunday morning and I’ve signed me up that same day. I stepped out of my comfort zone and eventually became the winner of the contest
4. What’s your life motto?
The price of victory is high, but so are the rewards
5. Describe your personal style – Favorite Brands/Fragrance?!
I’m quite an addict when it comes to fragrances. I think I have over 15 different fragrances at home, but Hugo Boss and Dolce and Gabbana are my favorites.
Besides fragrances I’m always wearing a watch and my Nike Air Max.
6. What genre of music best describes you?
There isn’t one specific music genre that best describes me. It totally depends on my current mood. But I love to listen to the harder styles of music like Hardstyle, Hardcore, frenchcore etc.
7. Where are your roots – The best thing about/to do in your hometown?
I’m born and raised in my current hometown Doesburg in the Netherlands. It’s a small city on the eastern side of the country. It’s a city with a rich history and a lot of medieval buildings that are visited by many of tourists in the summer.
8. Name one celebrity you’d like to get naughty with!
Just one? Haha, no I’m joking. But I would have a lovely time with Kate Upton
9. Do you have any special Talents?
I’m putting most of my talents everyday in my job. For example, I am empathetic and can read people very well. I put a lot of energy into my job but can also keep calm and transfer it to others if necessary.
10. What is the most interesting thing online at the moment?
I’d say festival live streams are at least the most interesting online for me. Due to the corona virus, there are no festivals in the Netherlands. As a compromise, some organizations broadcast a live stream to bring music to the people. I’d rather go to a physical festival, but the live streams are better than nothing
