Yo wassup?! My name is J4YTWn (‘Jaytown) and I am a newcomer rapper from Mainz.
2. Please give us an update about – new single, new album, tour dates, new videos?!
I just dropped my first single ‘Game Winner’ on March 11th, will drop my second single ‘Basquiat’ on April 8th. These are two singles from my upcoming debut EP ‘Homemade’ which I will release on May 6th.
3. Name 5 things we all should know about you as an artist?!
– I make HipHop music influenced by basically any type of genre
– OCOUSTIC is my musical counterpart that composes and produces tracks with me
– We create all beats ourselves, no beat picking online over here
– My lyrics are mostly German but growing up bilingual a lot of English phrases can be heard in my tracks
– I used to play basketball and my jersey number was ‘4’.
4. What fashion style or brand would best describe your music?
Take any brand you can think of. My music has no limits!
5. Tell us more about your songs! Topics! Message!?
In my tracks you will find anything from feel-good-vibes, social critic, punchlines and word play, sports references and self-reflection. I talk about anything that is on my mind. I want people to be able to listen through my stuff and find something that will help them with anything that is on their mind.
6. Beside music, do you have any special talents?
I can tie a knot into a spaghetti with my tongue.

8. How did you learn to sing/ to write/ to play??
I never learned it I just did it. Over and over and over and over throughout my whole life…

Q: If you could pick one, what would be your super power?
A: It’s a close one between the ability to flying and going invisible. But I’d go with flying after all.
