HEDEGAARD, CANCUN? – „JEEP“ + Exclusive Interview

Thank you very much for your time! Before we introduce your new release to our readers – what kind of drink would you recommend to zip on while they listen to your new music?

You shouldn’t drink while listening to “JEEP” cause it should be put on in your car, while you’re driving through the city . However, if you listen to it at home or at a party, a nice Rum or G&T (with Monkey 47) would fit the vibe well.

Please give us an update about – new single, new album, tour dates, new videos?!

We made a full music video to “JEEP” that can be checked out on Spinnin’s YouTube channel right now! Back in September I released a “Car Music” remix album, so for the next months I will mainly be releasing singles.

We live in times of many conspiracy theories. Which, harmless, theory would you wish were true? (For example Dinos living inside Earth or E.T. living in a home in California)

I hope that Elvis Presley is still alive and he would like to collaborate one day

What fashion style or brand would best describe your music?

Most of my music has a flavour of hiphop so I guess streetwear would be a good match. I did make a track though, which is called “All Designer”, so for that one it would be better with high end fashion brands such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Fendi or Prada.

Tell us more about your songs! Topics! Message!?

The red line through most of my music is, that you should allow yourself to “feel yourself” and be confident in who you are. It’s okay to have a great time, party and enjoy life.

Beside music, do you have any special talents?

I like to cook, write and sometimes even do a bit of coding.

Name 5 things we all should know about you as an artist?!

I try to create all of my tracks in my own style instead of just copying other artists or aiming for what is popular.

The most important ingredient of my live shows is fire machines.

I don’t use ghost producers.

I like to get a drink after a show.

My favourite key to make songs in is Eb minor.

How did you learn to sing/ to write/ to play??

I have played piano all of my life. In the beginning mainly classical, but later on also jazz and rhythmic. When you know the fundamentals of music it’s pretty straight forward to change genres. For me it evolved into electronic music around 12-14 years ago.

A question you’d like to answer, but never been asked in an interview before?! + Answer pls

Question: What period in history would you prefer to live in?

Answer: For me personally, this period og time is the best I can imagine. I just got married to the love of my life. I signed a deal with Spinnin’ Records, my releases are being received very well, and I enjoy both my work, and private life very much. In a global perspective, I dream of world peace, for no more pandemics, and for stable future solutions to the climate change problems, we are facing.
