Think about going for a run in your local area, taking the bike out for a spin or playing a game of football with your friends. If you can get some form of exercise each week in your 30s, you’ll live a much healthier life.

It can be easy to ignore visits to the doctor when you get older as you have so many other things on your mind. You should always visit the doctor to ask for advice as there could be a more serious problem at hand.

Finally, if you want to look after your health, you should aim to check your prostate at least once per week. This can be done alone or can be done by a medical professional periodically. If there are any issues, you should get it checked out as soon as possible. The quicker you can catch prostate cancer and other similar diseases, the easier it can be to treat them. This is something that you definitely shouldn’t ignore.
