The epic finale of the Desperados III „Money for the Vultures“ adventure has arrived – „Part 3: Once More With Feeling“ will lead the gang back to Eagle’s Nest, the legendary bandit fortress in the middle of the desert. Fans of the Desperados franchise will remember the iconic location from the previous games and can visit it now in its new glory. In this case, bigger IS better.
Desperados III is a story-driven, hardcore tactical stealth game, set in a ruthless Wild West scenario. In this long-awaited prequel to the beloved classic Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive, John Cooper will join forces with the runaway bride Kate, the shady hitman Doc McCoy, the giant trapper Hector, and Isabelle, a mysterious lady from New Orleans. On Cooper’s quest for redemption, his adventures lead him and his gang from rural towns, over swamps and riverbanks, and finally to a dramatic showdown worthy of Wild West legends.

Project lead Gautier Brésard and game designer Basile Bastian first detailed the 12 teams available at the game’s launch. The indispensable Human, Orc, Dark Elf, Elven Union, Skaven, Dwarf, Nurgle and Chaos Chosen teams will of course be available. Four new teams will be added, including two from the new edition of the board game: the Black Orcs and the Imperial Nobility. The latter can limit the movement of opponents through dedicated skills. The last two teams are none other than the Old World Alliance, which includes dwarves and humans, and the Chaos Renegades, which is made up of players so dirty and cheating that no other team wanted them. Each team will have different strategies based on passing, dodging or beating opponents to the ground.
Blood Bowl 3 runs on Unreal Engine and will be the most complete and faithful adaptation of the board game to date. For example, it introduces Special Play Cards, which can be used to add temporary skills to units or to assassinate a member of the opposing team before the match begins. Cyanide has also added its own spin on the spoof world of Blood Bowl 3 with a campaign mode and the inclusion of different characters, such as sponsors and charismatic Star Players who will challenge players of the game.
Finally, the developers provided information on customisation. There will be more customisation options than previous editions: colours, patterns, logos, pieces of armour, stadiums and many other elements can be changed. After launch, Blood Bowl 3 will also be getting more content, competitions, tweaks and community support.
Blood Bowl 3 is a game based on strategy, audacity and risk tied to how the dice fall in a wacky world. The developers have also focused on making the game accessible for new players with a redesigned interface, user-friendly feedback and flexible timers.
Funnier, bloodier and more spectacular than ever, Blood Bowl 3 will be a hit with fans of the universe and competitive players alike. At launch, the game will include 12 races, each with their own arena and team of cheerleaders, Campaign and Multiplayer modes, and loads of customisation options. NACON and Eko Software are pleased to announce that Warhammer: Chaosbane will be available on next-generation consoles with the Slayer Edition. The first hack-and-slash available on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation®5, this edition includes the most complete version of the game with all DLC packs (12 in total), all the updates, among them Keela, the Tower of Chaos and a 4K 60FPS visual experience. A new character, Jurgen Haider the Witch Hunter and additional content will also be available on 10 November on Xbox Series X|S and PC, then from the 12 and 19 November on PlayStation®5 according to the date of availability of the console in each country.
Wearing the distinctive hat and long coat of his order, the Witch Hunter’s skilled use of two weapons makes him particularly formidable: in close combat with his sword and from a distance with his pistol. He wanders the roads of the Old World to purge it of Chaos. This inquisitor draws his power directly from his faith in Sigmar, and he becomes judge and executioner when he cleanses the heresy and Chaos he exposes.
As well as the introduction of this new character, there is also a free patch that adds improvements for new players and fans of the first hour of the game. The two hubs of Act 1 and Act 2 have been expanded. The area around the camp of Act 2 has also been enhanced with new enemies to fight. There is also a new area – the cemetery – which adds a new environment and a larger bestiary. This includes new enemies, including Daemon Princes, Skullcrushers (mounted and on foot), a Chaos Warrior and new cultists.
The new Witch Hunter character is part of the Slayer Edition on the new consoles and available as DLC for current-generation consoles. The patch with improved environments, new area and bestiary is free for everyone on all platforms.
