Thank you very much for your time! Before we introduce your new release to our readers – what kind of drink would you recommend to zip on while they listen to your new music?
Great question. I would recommend a nice gin and tonic, with fresh mint and some ice.
2. Please give us an update about – new single, new album, tour dates, new videos?!
I’am planning to release 2 new songs this summer and also, have some concerts. Nothing is confirmed as of yet, but hopefully you can hear a new song this July.
3. Name 5 things we all should know about you as an artist?!
I love alternative music, I have a pretty interesting taste, I love to collaborate, I don’t like to follow trends, I value great aesthetics.
4. What fashion style or brand would best describe your music?
I think Prada would describe best my music. They have a darker simplistic approach to fashion, and I’am gravitating in that direction in music.
5. Tell us more about your songs! Topics! Message!?
I’m not really following the lyrics of the songs most of the time. I’m just producing and writing the music, so I think I put much more emphasis on the instrumentals. I want my music to create a sensation in a listener, and I think all of my songs are channelling something in the listener.
6. Beside music, do you have any special talents?
I’am pretty creative. I think that’s my biggest gift. I like to apply a creative mindset to whatever I’am doing.
7. Being on stage feels like….!
Skydiving or flying.
8. How did you learn to sing/ to write/ to play??
I basically learnt everything from the internet. I watched/listened to my idols, and pros and that’s how I learnt how to produce music, play the piano.
9. A question you’d like to answer, but never been asked in an interview before?!
Nobody asked my what’s my spirit animal. I love ducks for a reason, and that’s why my instagram handle is elpato. El pato means ‘the duck’ in Spanish.
