1. Hello, thank you for your time, please introduce yourself in a few words!
  • Hello! Thank you for having me 🙂 I’m a singer-songwriter based in London, who is trying to push the boundaries of vocal sonics in pop music.
2. Please give us an update about – new single, new album, tour dates, new videos?!
  • My latest single Release You is out, alongside a DIY Music video that I’m really proud of. My next single, ‚Controlla‘ which features Armani White is coming out on April 1st and then my debut EP on April 8th! ahhhhhhh. I’m so excited.

3. Name 5 things we all should know about you as an artist?!
  1. I originally thought I would be an Opera Singer
  2. My music draws on all my different cultural heritages and experiences
  3. I want to reflect the times with my music
  4. Sustainability!!
  5. I took a semester of german at Columbia University. Ich kann mich an nichts erinnern.
4. What fashion style or brand would best describe your music?
  • Hmm, probably haute couture meets streetwear. I bring the classic polished end with my classical vocals together with earthy real contemporary sounds.

5. Tell us more about your songs! Topics! Message!?

  • The title of my EP is Chaos Is My Friend. I want people who listen to my music, to realise they can embrace all the different sides of themselves. That we can be messy and chaotic, but freedom comes when we embrace all those sides. I’m influenced by so many different genres, and when I was putting this EP together, there was a moment where I thought, omg, this is all too different. But meditating on it, I realised I made a record that is me. All of me.

6. Beside music, do you have any special talents?

  • I cook a bloody amazing curry. (I’m convinced my old landlord asked me to move out because i cooked too much curry

8. How did you learn to sing/ to write/ to play??
  • I expressed an interest in music and singing very early on, so my parents started me on the piano when I was 4 and then singing lessons when I was 7. From there, it became my life and I got my degree in Classical Voice in NYC.
