The fall winter 2024 men’s collection by BRUNELLO CUCINELLI with the title “A Free Soul Call” is all about casual yet stylish elegance. It underlines the goal of capturing male style in its purest and at the same time clearest form.
The historical elements on which the elegance of men’s fashion rests are brought back to life with a contemporary identity: the strong, sartorial shapes of the 1980s inspired this collection, which stylishly combines comfort and elegance with an effortless poise.
The man’s silhouette is the focus of the design, and this is emphasized with both flowing and striking lines. Attention is also paid to the harmony of the volumes. The selection ranges from dynamic-looking suits and coats with elaborate shoulders to elegant trench coats and trousers through to newly designed, traditional jackets.
High-quality materials such as cashmere, wool, shearling or suede are still used. They are complemented by new blends of wool and cotton with synthetic fibers that combine technical properties and functionality with a natural character, giving even the “casual basics” an exclusive appeal.
One of the brand’s quintessences is knitwear, which this season offers classic models in modern shapes: waffle patterns and tweed yarns feature three-dimensional textures and geometric patterns from the 70s and 80s are given a new aesthetic through color shades. The brand’s evening wear still offers a wide range of options for gala occasions. The elegance is refined here with precious velvet, Prince of Wales checks and subtle paisley motifs and raised to the highest level.
The Mountain Capsule Collection, which was recently launched with the FW23 collection, will continue in the coming season. The exclusive Brunello Cucinelli look is once again finding its way onto the ski slopes and, in addition to an elegant color palette, also uses special materials such as velvet and pinstripes, which means that functional clothing exudes a sartorial charisma.
