Black Summer – „CERNUNNOS“ + Exclusive Interview

Thank you very much for your time! Before we introduce your new release to our readers – what kind of drink would you recommend to zip on while they listen to your new music?

Some quality Cognac or a Glass of Red Wine

Please give us an update about – new single, new album, tour dates, new videos?!

I’ve just released my new single Cernunnos and music video on YouTube and I have much more on the way. My album “Channel Horror” is dropping on the 12th with more visualiser and I can’t wait to show it, more singles with their own music videos will be coming from that too!

We live in times of many conspiracy theories. Which, harmless, theory would you wish were true? (For example Dinos living inside Earth or E.T. living in a home in California)

Probably that we’re in a simulation world because it would mean there’s so much more to explore and death isn’t the end for our digital souls.

What fashion style or brand would best describe your music?

I would say my music is like those old 70s sweaters you’d find at a thrift store next to old dolls and graphic metal t shirts.

Tell us more about your songs! Topics! Message!?

My single is a representation of me being reborn into a new era of music, which is why I called it Cernunnos, I felt the Deity I named it after was a good representation of the rebirth I’m having. This album is along the same lines too and dives into Paganism, astronomy and music struggles with life and learning how to deal with new experiences.

Beside music, do you have any special talents?

I love making music and programming video games. I’ve always been creative and if it wasn’t for music, I always said I would’ve become a director for horror movies because I love story telling.

Name 5 things we all should know about you as an artist?!

All my songs in this new project are completely written, rapped/sang, produced, and composed by me

I am chronically addicted to jazz music and Tekken

Interstellar and Pulp Fiction are my two favourite movies of all time

next year I plan to do many live performances.

I’m already starting the next project !

How did you learn to sing/ to write/ to play??

Lots of trial and error. When it came to vocals especially it was a constant process of making music until I created stuff I was happy with and wanted to show. I’m completely self-taught with some mentoring from my manager Tek who’s been here since I started when I was 11

A question you’d like to answer, but never been asked in an interview before?! + Answer pls

what is your ultimate goal to reach in your lifetime

I would like to create music and bring together a strong community of people like me that I can constantly share new music with and grow. I want to move to the mountains in Wales, Norway or Scotland and have a little house with an underground studio I can produce in, away from everything. Maybe in the future create my own record label. Maybe start creating movies or video games too and just branch out into things I’ve always wanted to.
