1. Hello, thank you for your time, please introduce yourself in a few words!
Hi, we are Bealby Point, an indie rock group from North Vancouver, Canada.
2. Please give us an update about – new single, new album, tour dates, new videos?!
We just released our newest single on November 10th titled „Mermaid From L.A.“ and we will be releasing a live video of the song very soon.

4. What fashion style or brand would best describe your music?
We would say Vans or Converse are brands that best represent our music. We feel like these brands represent the laid back vibes of our music and we all wear beat up Vans or Converse on a regular basis so as they say „if the shoe fits“ haha!
5. What’s your songwriting process?
Our songwriting process is ever evolving. Generally someone in the band will have an idea for a tune, it could be a full song or even just a single part. They’ll bring it into the room and we’ll all work together on it, adding parts or moving sections around until we can jam it out. It’s always different and we are still learning every day.
6. If you could change anything about the industry, what would it be?
Something about the industry that would be cool to see change is the infatuation with single releases. We have followed the program and released 4 singles ourselves but in the future we would love to produce a more full-scale project with a cohesive theme and songs that flow into one another. These days it’s hard to gain traction around a full length album as the industry seems to relish off of single releases.
7. Tell us more about your songs! Topics! Message!?
Our songs should feel the same for our audience as they do for us, an escape into your own world. Whatever that escape may be and whatever emotions or thoughts fuel your world, that’s cool with us. We just want to make people who listen to our music happy and relate to our sound and lyrics.
8. A question you’d like to answer, but never been asked in an interview before?!
A question we’ve never been asked in an interview would be „What’s your favourite bread“
Ours unanimously would have to be sourdough, it’s a great bread and goes great with some eggs in the morning 🙂
