1. Hello, thank you for your time, please introduce yourself in a few words!
Hi! Thanks for having me =)
I’m Aron Blom and I’m a singer/songwriter and lately (somewhat due to covid lockdowns) also a producer.
2. Please give us an update about – new single, new album, tour dates,
new videos?!
I’ve recently released my debut EP, called ’Late Nights’! With music videos and all =) Tour dates yet to be announced due to restrictions but some pop-up things here and there
3. Name 5 things we all should know about you as an artist?!
ok 5 things…
1 – I love the story telling element of songwriting, sometimes easy to perceive, and sometimes more beneath the surface..
2 – I had a huge stage fright in my teenage years but now I love it!!
3 – Having fun is key for me, even when singing about sad stuff! When I’m in a session, if we have a nice vibe personally, I find that the songs write themselves.
4 – I’m lazy on social media…
5 – I’m a vegetarian =)
4. What fashion style or brand would best describe your music?
Newtro! – new retro! perhaps not the 80/90s thing they got going in the Korean Newtro. But more wooly american 70s combined with the new!
5. Tell us more about your songs! Topics! Message!?
Generally I like balancing the scales, the silver lining between good/bad, sadness/joy etc. If its a sad melody I usually put happy lyrics on it and vice versa. Somehow life is made right in the middle! Sometimes the stories are fictive, and sometimes not, but they’re always drawn from real emotions.
6. Beside music, do you have any special talents?
I used to play a lot of video games! I’m a killer at Mario Cart nintendo 64 and League Of Legends! These days that hobby is too time consuming though so now I get my fix through watching others via Twitch. It’s nice! kind of like sitting on the sofa next to them.
7. Being on stage feels like….!
Drugs man!! The adrenaline and dopamine rush makes you become completely present, if you let it! When you get in the zone of the moment and the audience follows you, nothing beats it!
8. How did you learn to sing/ to write/ to play??
Kind of late! I started playing the guitar at around 15 and singing maybe a year later. When I was 18 I tried writing my first song and that’s when everything clicked. My parents are both musicians so instruments were always around.

What will you do when you retire?
- Great question! When I’m 90 and wobbly, I will resume my gaming career, with a fully immersive VR simulator, sitting on a porch somewhere moderately warm. Riding through some fairytale lands as an elven wizard!
