1. Hello, thank you for your time, please introduce yourself in a few words!

Hi, I’m Aiden Francis and I’m an electronic music producer from Manchester, UK

2. Please give us an update about – new single, new album, tour dates, new videos?!

For this one, you can say that you’re going to play in Paris pretty soon with Houseum 😉 And that you should sign an EP or album on the Houseum sub-label. And maybe one day, we’ll be able to make a filmed set in a great place for the YouTube channel, if you’re keen to of course 🙂

Well, my new EP ‘Mezzanine’ is coming out on Houseum on the 26th November which I’m so excited about. Really looking forward to people hearing it.

As far as new music goes, I have a few more physical releases lined up for 2022 which I am really excited for. All the work I’ve put into my music through 2020/21 will finally see the light of day! There’s even a new project in the works for Houseum’s sub-label ‘Ellipse Records’ so keep an eye out for that one.

Also exited at the prospect at playing at one of the Houseum club nights next year swell as a filmed live set for YouTube. Lots of things on the way!

3. Name 5 things we all should know about you as an artist?!

If I had to sum up Aiden Francis in 5 words I would say:

Versatile, emotive, open-minded, passionate and energetic

4. What fashion style or brand would best describe your music?

I’m not too sure how to describe my music in fashion terms, but it would most likely wouldn’t be designer. Something you can get dirty in and not mind haha!

5. Tell us more about your songs! Topics! Message!?

No real message, just vibes!

6. Being on stage feels like….!

Liberating! I love DJing to people and having a good time with the crowd. As long as they’re happy, I’m happy. Providing some form of escape from the outside world to people is really nice.

8. How did you learn to sing/ to write/ to play??

I started playing the saxophone when I was 11, but by the time I reached 15 I geared more towards production. Over the years I’ve taught myself production techniques and have really honed in on ‘my sound’. I watched a few YouTube tutorials too, but I honestly never had the patience to watch them as I just wanted to get stuck into making tunes!
