1991 – ‘Jungle’ featuring Alex Hosking + Exclusive Interview

Thank you very much for your time! Before we introduce your new release to our readers – what kind of drink would you recommend to sip on while they listen to your new music?

Thanks for having me! I would recommend a Michelada, I had my first one in Mexico recently and became obsessed – I’ve now started making homemade ones and they slap.

Please give us an update about – new single, new album, tour dates, new videos?!

I have been mad busy in the studio this year collaborating with a lot of amazing anf talented artists. I have a couple more tunes out before the end of the year which I am really excited about! Plus heading back to the southern hemisphere at the start of next year to tour around Australia and New Zealand

We live in times of many conspiracy theories. Which, harmless, theory would you wish were true? (For example Dinosaurs living inside Earth or E.T. living in a home in California)

I believe that aliens are real and one day they are going to introduce themselves to us, hopefully they will be nice friendly aliens that will come down and sort out all our problems on earth.

What fashion style or brand would best describe your music?

I’d say my music is like a good pair of Dr Marten boots; solid, reliable, and comfy.

Tell us more about your songs! Topics! Message!?

Strangely enough, I recently noticed my last few track titles are all very worldly! Horizon, Cyclone, Worlds Apart, and Jungle. Maybe I’m just really feeling inspired by the universe lately…

Beside music, do you have any special talents?

I’ve been told I’m rather good in the kitchen, love me some cooking action – I’ve just cooked up some homemade pork tacos.

Name 5 things we all should know about you as an artist?!

I actually make most of my music at home with headphones on my dining table.

I love Penguins.

I got signed to Chase and Status’s label when I was 24

I was a massive fan of Indie rock in the 00s and grew up wearing cardigans and skinny jeans

I am a big fan of motorbikes.

How did you learn to sing/ to write/ to play??

I got my first guitar when I was 10, and at about the age of 13 I started writing and recording music on the family PC! I had a rock band with my friends at school and it all continued on from there really.

A question you’d like to answer, but never been asked in an interview before?! + Answer pls

Would you like this big bag of cash?
