Vicki Lovelee – „Click“ + Exclusive Interview

Thank you very much for your time! Before we introduce your new release to our readers – what kind of drink would you recommend to zip on while they listen to your new music?

Oh I love this question! My new single Click is fun and sassy so I definitely want listeners to have fun while listening to it! I’d recommend drinking a fun, fruity, fizzy drink!

Please give us an update about – new single, new album, tour dates, new videos?!

I’m so excited to drop a new album in the Fall 2024! And my next single will drop around June 2024. I’m also excited to do shows around Ontario! You can follow me on Instagram or Tiktok to stay updated @vickilovelee

We live in times of many conspiracy theories. Which, harmless, theory would you wish were true? (For example Dinos living inside Earth or E.T. living in a home in California)

Haha I’m not sure if this would be considered as a conspiracy theory, but I lowkey believe in the Matrix. Like what if our reality was a simulation this whole time and one day we wake up and we’re actually living in this dystopian, apocalyptic world. Thinking about this freaks me out haha

What fashion style or brand would best describe your music?

I absolutely love fashion and Alexander McQueen and Iris Van Herpen are fashion designers that best reflect my music.

Tell us more about your songs! Topics! Message!?

I love writing songs that help turn struggle into empowerment. More specifically with self-growth, acceptance, mental health, religion, and heartbreak. I’m a huge advocate for mental health awareness and believe in the acceptance of all cultures and identities.

Beside music, do you have any special talents?

I’m a pretty dope baker! I especially love making nutella brownies! I’m actually challenging myself this year to pick up a new skill every month! I just learned how to solve a Rubix Cube and am currently learning how to read Cantonese.

Name 5 things we all should know about you as an artist?!

Eccentric, Vulnerable, Emotional, Dramatic, Fun

How did you learn to sing/ to write/ to play??

I started piano lessons and music theory when I was 4. And started to sing and perform more frequently when I was 12!

A question you’d like to answer, but never been asked in an interview before?! + Answer pls

„What’s your greatest fear“ – My greatest fear is what comes after death. Honestly, I freak out everytime I think about it cause it’s so unknown.
