The French sneaker label VEJA and the Italian fashion label Magliano are collaborating once again, presenting a new version of the Panenka on September 24, 2026—a design inspired by 1980s football aesthetics.
For this collaboration, Magliano reimagines the football-inspired VEJA silhouette through a play on materials and textures. The Panenka features soft Nappa leather, burgundy suede, and metallic-grey stitching. The fold-over tongue evokes the style of 1980s football boots, while the gold Magliano logo sits alongside the VEJA logo.
VEJA was founded in 2004 by Sébastien Kopp and François-Ghislain Morillion. Designed in France and produced in Brazil, the sneakers are crafted from materials such as organic cotton, Amazonian rubber, and responsibly sourced leather.
