TRONG – „Dare To Be Different“ + Exclusive Interview

1. Thank you very much for your time! Before we introduce your new release to our readers – what kind of drink would you recommend to zip on while they listen to your new music?

– that’s a good question. I would say non-alcohol just water or coconut water? But when it comes to alcohol def. a good gin tonic 😀

2. Please give us an update about – new single, new album, tour dates, new videos?!

Over the past six months, I’ve had the opportunity to attend several songwriting camps and collaborate with talented individuals such as Elie Bay and Julia Kautz, resulting in the creation of multiple new songs. I’m excited to announce that in the coming months, I’ll be releasing a deeply personal song dedicated to my father.

3. We live in times of many conspiracy theories. Which, harmless, theory would you wish were true? (For example Dinos living inside Earth or E.T. living in a home in California)

I yearn for a world where plastic simply vanishes, allowing our planet to thrive in immaculate purity. The thought of a cleaner environment fills me with immense hope and inspiration, igniting a fiery passion within me to make this dream a reality.

4. What fashion style or brand would best describe your music?

I enjoy wearing clothing that doesn’t conform to traditional gender norms. It’s important to me to challenge toxic masculinity and promote individual expression. Whether it’s a crop top and sexy attire on stage or baggy jeans and a hoodie, I choose what feels right for me in the moment. This philosophy is also reflected in my music. Additionally, I sometimes wear my own designs, created by my personal designer.

5. Tell us more about your songs! Topics! Message!?

I fusion the sounds of the Western and Eastern World.

Mixing Funky, Nu- Disco sounds with a traditional Vietnamese Instrument „Dan Tranh“

I am very grateful to get education, openness and freedom in Germany and I am very proud to carry Vietnamese heritage.

So, my music is the reflection of my life.

6. Beside music, do you have any special talents?

Staying physically active is a huge part of my life, and I love pushing my limits by participating in challenging events like marathons and triathlons. My ongoing goal is to continue to improve my personal bests.

Aside from sports, I have a deep appreciation for FOOD! I enjoy the process of cooking and experimenting with different ingredients to create delicious dishes. Sharing these meals with friends is something that brings me great joy.

7. Name 5 things we all should know about you as an artist?!

Energetic, positive, dancing monkey, funny and chaotic

8. How did you learn to sing/ to write/ to play??

I started making music as a child. It all began with dancing, and then I started working on improving my singing voice. When I met Britney Spears in 2000 on the show „Kleine Ganz Groß,“ she inspired me to keep pursuing my dream, and I held onto that dream ever since. In 2015, I completed my education as a music teacher and certified professional musician at Music College Hannover, and I started making music professionally thereafter.

9. A question you’d like to answer, but never been asked in an interview before?! + Answer pls
