Chopard presents four new Alpine Eagle Eden Rock – St Barths editions

When alpine precision meets Caribbean lightness, a watch is created that awakens wanderlust: With the new Alpine Eagle Eden Rock – St Barths, Chopard presents four exclusive, strictly limited models, inspired by the iconic atmosphere of the legendary Eden Rock – St Barths.

Chopard introduces four new models of the Alpine Eagle Eden Rock – St Barths, celebrating its ongoing creative partnership with the iconic Eden Rock – St Barths hotel. The timepieces are available in 36 mm and 41 mm sizes and are crafted from either Lucent Steel™ or 18K ethical rose gold.

Each of the four models is limited to 25 pieces and available exclusively at the Eden Rock – St Barths. This marks the second collaboration between Chopard and the legendary Caribbean destination, following the joint launch of the limited-edition Happy Sport watch last year.

Both the 36 mm and 41 mm models are powered by chronometer-certified automatic movements: the Chopard 09.01-C caliber for the 36 mm versions and the Chopard 01.15-C caliber for the 41 mm models – an expression of the Maison’s consistent focus on the highest precision.

Crafted from Lucent Steel™, an exclusive, highly durable alloy with 80% recycled content, or from 18-karat ethical rose gold, the 36 mm models feature diamond-set bezels that lend them a refined brilliance. The 41 mm versions, on the other hand, embrace a minimalist aesthetic with smooth metal bezels.

All models incorporate the signature design elements of the Alpine Eagle collection – from the bezel with visible screws to the captivating interplay of satin-finished and polished surfaces. Both sizes also feature a screw-down crown engraved with a compass rose, a symbol of orientation and the spirit of discovery.

Subtle hints of the collaboration can be found in the dials, whose color scheme alludes to the red and white identity of Eden Rock – St Barths. Finished with a shimmering white iridescent lacquer, they display the sunburst pattern typical of the Alpine Eagle, inspired by an eagle’s iris. Luminous Roman numerals and dauphine hands ensure optimal legibility, while a red seconds hand and matching minute track add dynamic accents. A sapphire crystal case back engraved with „Eden Rock – St Barths“ underscores the exclusivity of this collaboration.

The 36 mm models are powered by the Chopard Calibre 09.01-C, comprising 159 components and operating at a frequency of 25,200 vibrations per hour (3.5 Hz). It offers a 42-hour power reserve and features a stop-seconds function.

The 41 mm versions are equipped with the Chopard Calibre 01.15-C, which consists of 207 components, operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), and offers a 60-hour power reserve. This movement also features a stop-seconds function and is synonymous with exceptional reliability and durability.

Both calibres are COSC-certified chronometers, guaranteeing the highest level of accuracy.

Caroline Scheufele, Co-President and Artistic Director of Chopard, explains:

“We wanted each watch to feel like a warm Caribbean breeze, carried on the wings of our Alpine Eagle.”

Eden Rock – St. Barths: A Legendary Address

Overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the Bay of St. Jean, Eden Rock – St. Barths has been a haven of creativity, discretion, and exclusive hospitality since the 1950s. Since aviation pioneer Rémy de Haenen first welcomed guests here, the hotel has attracted artists, actors, and discerning travelers from around the world.

The striking red and white architecture and the glamorous yet intimate atmosphere have made the hotel an icon of Caribbean elegance – and now serve as inspiration for these limited-edition timepieces.
