In intense black and decorated with Geneva stripes, the plate of the Multifort Mechanical Skeleton reveals the ballet of the geartrain. The triple-faceted hour and minute hands adorned with white Super-LumiNova® stand out against the canvas of the movement, as does a diamond-cut small seconds hand at 6 o’clock.
The flange displays the hour circle in white against a black background. A direct descendant of a flagship Swiss calibre developed in the 1950s (ETA 6498-1), it stands out for its solidity and reliability. The manual winding system strengthens the owner’s strong emotional attachment to the watch: once the 46-hour power reserve has elapsed, it must generate the precious beats of the balance-spring as the crown is wound.
