MCM FALL / WINTER 26: New Eyewear Collection

The MCM Fall/Winter 2026 Eyewear Collection combines technical precision and aesthetic sensitivity to create functional, tactile frames designed to accompany everyday life with style and comfort.

THE MEETING OF TWO TRAVELING SOULS

In the year of the brand’s 50th anniversary, the new collection arises from the meeting between two essential principles of the MCM identity.
Bauhaus rigor translates the brand’s German heritage into clean lines, balanced constructions, and solutions in which each element serves a specific function.

It is paired with Zeitgeist, an expression of global and ever-changing creativity that is currently influenced by contemporary Korean culture, which introduces energy, freedom, and an unconventional vision. The result is a form of smart luxury that consciously interprets the present and naturally looks to the future.

Heritage codes are reinterpreted through manufacturing processes that transform the memory of the journey into immediately recognizable signs. Metal reinforcements applied to frame fronts recall the corner protectors on iconic MCM luggage. The diamonds on Bavarian flags appear as pins, inserts, and precious accents on sunglasses and optical eyewear. Sculpted temples in different sizes translate the brand’s technical and aesthetic sophistication into architectural lines.

Another focus of the collection is the new interpretation of the laurel leaf: a rubberized insert applied to the frames creates a soft, tactile surface, while the metal versions reproduce the same embossed design, making the emblem an integral part of the glasses.

Designed for a generation of curious and constantly connected digital nomads, the collection combines comfort, versatility, and a visual presence. Pilot and navigator silhouettes interact with geometric, pantos, cat-eye, and rectangular shapes, while acetate and metal alternate in proportions designed to offer lightness, character, and easy use.

The seasonal palette accentuates the interplay between order and experimentation: deep greens, intense reds, and shades of gray are accompanied by nuances, transparencies, and contrasts that amplify the volume of the frames without weighing down their expression.
