A collection made for travelling and making memories, Magico Adriatico is inspired by summer holidays at the Italian Riviera in the 1970s and 1980s. The energy and attitude transcend decades and generations. The capsule evokes feelings of hedonism, adventure and youth, of balmy days and hot nights on a dancefloor.
The destination? Hotel Magico Adriatico. It’s a hotel, a nightclub, a mythical place. Offering a suitcase of ideas to take on this journey, it begins with clothes made for travelling: cargo shorts, jackets and vests in robust khaki cotton with practical patch pockets are made for adventure. Striped cotton shirting recalls deck chairs and beach umbrellas. A crinkled tank top takes its cue from the textured wallpaper found in retro hotel rooms. Playful slogans are peppered throughout the collection on T-shirts, keyrings, pins and tote bags.
Come after dark, it’s party time. A shimmering, semi-sheer lurex mini dress in rippled sea and sand tones and a glittery red slip make moves for the dancefloor, and beyond.
Everything is designed to be as genderless as possible. Imagine boys and girls swapping and borrowing clothes, sharing them as they do the memories created together on the dance floor.
The collection will be available starting from May 2025 online and in store at MAX&Co. selected stores.
