On Friday, August 1, 2025, the grand finale of Mr. Gay Europe 2025 will take place on the iconic Dam Square in Amsterdam. This prestigious event is dedicated to LGBTQI+ visibility, empowerment, and inclusion. The evening promises to be a spectacular celebration featuring 12 finalists who will represent their country, show-stopping performances by international artists, and a breathtaking dance act by the high heels sensation TRINXX.
The highlight of the night will be the crowning of the new Mr. Gay Europe, who will take over the title from the current ambassador, Dutch representative Tim Küsters. Hosting this extraordinary event is Gordon Heuckeroth, who, alongside Thom Goderie (SBS Shownieuws, AVROTROS Sterren.nl), will guide the audience through the evening. Adding to the excitement, Flemish superdrag Selina Pearl will take on the role of backstage and VIP sidekick, providing exclusive insights, interviews, and behind-the-scenes access to the jury and finalists.
The winner will be selected by an expert panel of judges, whose names will be revealed at a later stage.
A Week of Challenges & Visibility
Starting July 29, the finalists will gather in Amsterdam for an intensive week filled with activities, offering them a platform to showcase their personal mission and advocacy for LGBTQI+ rights.
The 16th edition of Mr. Gay Europe is organized by Bram Bierkens, who serves as the event’s executive producer, overseeing its coordination and execution.
More than just a competition, Mr. Gay Europe is a movement—a platform that focuses on awareness, inclusion, and social impact. The event gives a voice to inspiring individuals who are dedicated to equality and representation within the LGBTQI+ community across Europe.
