G-SHOCK presents two G-SHOCK icons in the new limited-edition Joshua Vides collaboration, featuring the distinctive sketchbook art of renowned street artist and designer Joshua Vides.
This collaboration unites G-SHOCK’s tough DNA with the unmistakable style of Joshua Vides, known for his striking black and white illustrations and his previous collaborations with global brands and international art galleries.
Inspired by comic book art, he transformed the watches into wearable works of art, deliberately elevating them from their functional aspects, such as absolute shock resistance and water resistance, to an artistic level.
For this very special collaboration, the iconic G-SHOCK DW-5600 and DW-6900 models were chosen, crafted from bio-based resin and designed in Joshua Vide’s signature style.
The matte black DW-6900JV features expertly placed white designs, from the dial and case to the strap.
The DW-5600JV comes with a white base and contrasting black lines and a striking gloss finish.
The design is consistent across both models, featuring lovingly crafted details such as Joshua’s trademark hand-drawn „pylon“ motif, which appears when the extra-bright backlight is activated.
The black-and-white comic design continues on the special packaging, making the watch a true collector’s item.
