1. How did you get into modeling?
Short story, I got into modeling through a mutual friend who was signed at Mother Agency and helped me get connected into the industry. Long story, I always had a passion for the world of photography/fashion and decided to turn that passion into something new. Since I was a teenager, I remember trying to take impromptu photo shoots with friends in the most random places just for the fun of taking photos. It was always something I was interested in doing, but only recently did I have the confidence and drive to do something about it!

2. What are you doing if you are not modeling?
When I’m not modeling, I work as a therapist within the school system of Austin, Texas. I also see a few clients on the side, as it is an end goal to run my own practice someday. In my personal life, you can find me somewhere by the water. I love traveling to new places with good friends. I also enjoy living an active lifestyle, and I’m always down to try a new workout class, go on a run, or hike a new area.

3. The most spontaneous/difficult/strange thing you’ve ever done?
I do a lot of spontaneous things! I have to say that deciding to run a half marathon with people I just met at a random Pilates class across the country with minimal training has to be one of the craziest. It was so cool, even after meeting these people in class I just knew that we would have a great time traveling and pushing ourselves to run. The trip was amazing, and the race went extremely well, so I’m very glad I took that risk. Maybe my next risk will be a full marathon!

4. What’s your life motto?
I have a few, but my main philosophy in life is to always choose optimism. I’m a huge proponent of speaking things into existence, and I think if we choose to focus on positive things we will also in turn attract positive things. As I get older, I learn more and more that 95% of life is related to my own personal perception of it: so I try to look at life through the best possible lens for my own success and happiness.

5. Describe your personal style – Favorite Brands/Fragrance/or?
I feel that my style is evolving, but I will always love beach style clothing. Whether that be floral fabrics, linen, crocheted Boho vibes, etc, I feel super confident in that type of clothing. Moving to a bigger city has expanded my palette a bit, and I find myself getting inspired by streetwear, graphic T-shirts and art, loose jeans, that kind of thing!

6. What genre of music best describes you?
I’ve always felt myself gravitate towards Indie Pop. I love some soft guitar, relaxed instrumentals, and personal lyrics. In general, lyricism is super important to me and I like music that makes me think. Any song that can cause personal introspection in my life will automatically become one of my favorites

7. Where are your roots – The best thing about/to do in your hometown?
I grew up in Binghamton, New York. Upstate New York and I have had a complicated relationship, mostly because the grass is always greener and I always had a vision that I wanted to travel elsewhere. That being said, I have developed a strong appreciation for it. There is nothing like a summer in upstate New York, going to the lakes, the hills, and enjoying the beautiful weather. I would not recommend a trip in the winter though!

8. Do you have one celebrity you would like to get busy with!
I would love to hang out with Lorde. She is so cool, probably my favorite artist of all time! She has the type of music that deeply resonates with me and causes me to be introspective about my own life, and I just know she would have the best advice for me if I ever had the pleasure to meet her.
9. Do you have any special talents?
I really enjoy singing and the world of music in general. In high school and college I was immersed in choir, a cappella, etc. I love reading music and creating sound with others. Singing is definitely something I miss and hope to get back into shortly.

10. What do you think is the most interesting and engaging thing online now?
As a therapist and lover of mental health awareness, I think it is so cool to see mental health be more and more normalized in social media. Social media is interesting because I think it can either be extremely helpful for mental health purposes or extremely detrimental, but I have faith that we are in the right direction. I love to see how transparent and honest people are about their mental health journeys online.
