CASIO presents the AQ-230ECK-3AER—a new watch developed in collaboration with the trendy Café Kitsuné, distinguished by a striking matcha-green dial.
Founded in 2013, the café blends French and Japanese influences and now operates more than 32 locations worldwide. The brand is known, among other things, for its *art de vivre* and its expertise in specialty coffee. It was also one of the first to introduce matcha to Paris in 2014, thereby bringing Japanese tea culture to a wider audience.
The new AQ-230ECK-3AER model is based on the AQ-230, a popular watch featuring an analog-digital display and a classic square design. Inspired by iconic Japanese tea culture and the refined aesthetic of Café Kitsuné, the watch stands out with its matcha-style green tones.
The collaboration is reflected even in the smallest details: Café Kitsuné’s iconic fox symbol appears on both the dial and the case back, while the Café Kitsuné logo is engraved on the case back and the clasp. The watch also comes in special packaging—itself inspired by matcha—that perfectly rounds off the design of the collaboration.
