More real rose was rare – and every skin can be grateful for it. Because when the Heidelberg natural cosmetics manufacturer ARYA LAYA launches its “Rose Regeneration” series in May 2024, even sensitive skin will rejoice. Decreasing redness, strengthened tissue with enlarged capillaries and couperose as well as generally intensive firming moisture retention: these are the outstanding properties of rose oil and rose water from the Damask rose.
The “ARYA LAYA Rose Regeneration” series with the heart of rose oil and water from the Damask rose and wild rose oil from rose hip seeds includes a total of four products for cleansing and toning as well as care in two different rich textures. Rose Regeneration merges the previous “Regeneration” and “Rose” care series.
1. Cleansing:
As before, Rose Regeneration Cleansing cleanses and nourishes the skin with a combination of moisturizing plant oils from argan, jojoba and almond oil. When it comes into contact with water, a thoroughly cleansing emulsion is created that prepares the skin perfectly for subsequent care. Rose water soothes and refreshes the skin; it appears supple and velvety without feelings of tension.

2. Tonic:
Rose Regenerating Rose Petal Tonic based on roses and witch hazel is both a facial toner and moisturizer. The positive effects of regenerating rose water are complemented by astringent witch hazel water: the pores look finer and the complexion looks more even. As the perfect preparation for subsequent care, moisturizing aloe vera and licorice root also ensure cell regeneration and a fresh appearance. To reduce environmentally induced skin aging, polyphenols from organic red wine act as antioxidants.
Application: Gently spray face, neck and décolleté with the tonic and allow to absorb. The tonic is also suitable as a refreshment over make-up and is the ideal summer companion in your handbag.
3. Rose Regeneration Rose Petal Tonic
Day & night care: The delicate oil-in-water emulsion Rose Regeneration day & night care with essential rose oil and rose water from the Damask rose nourishes, harmonizes and regenerates the skin. It improves skin density, increases elasticity and reduces wrinkles and relieves inflammation. Suitable for sensitive and dehydrated skin, even for redness and couperose. Wild rose oil made from rose hip seeds has a firming effect on the skin, promotes collagen formation and, thanks to its natural vitamin A acid content, optimizes both the complexion and the care of scars.

The recipe is complemented by the Olivem active ingredient complex, which repairs the skin barrier and thereby protects the skin from moisture loss. Red Korean ginseng stimulates the formation of skin-firming collagen, promotes cell renewal and fights free radicals. Moisture-binding plant oils and fats from avocado, shea nut and jojoba provide nourishing, smoothing and firming protection. Oryzanol made from rice oil was used as a light, natural UV filter. 4. Day & Night Care Rich:
The rich water-in-oil emulsion Rose Regeneration Day & Night Care Rich with the scent of Damask rose, like the lighter cream, uses wild rose oil, cell-rejuvenating argan oil increases skin elasticity and has a regenerating effect on the connective tissue, which contributes a contour-tightening, anti-aging effect. Grape seed oil, rich in linoleic acid, allows dry and oily skin to retain moisture better and prevents premature skin aging. Red Korean ginseng firms, promotes cell renewal and fights free radicals. Beech bud extract has a skin-tightening and revitalizing effect, cell metabolism is stimulated and the contours look firmer. Liquorice root extract works against inflammation and also has anti-allergenic and calming properties.
“Anyone who has very dry, low-fat skin that quickly becomes tight again even after applying cream will become a fan of this rich cream,” says Rosemarie Schirmer, head beautician and training manager at ARYA LAYA. “I recommend rubbing any cream, especially the particularly rich, somewhat firmer water-in-oil creams such as Rose Day & Night Care Rich, between your fingertips before spreading. This heats up the precious plant oils, making them finer and more productive – the cream can be applied more delicately.”
