For the 26th time, vintage car enthusiasts are meeting to drive through the Montafon with automotive treasures and this year UNION GLASHÜTTE is once again presenting a limited timepiece for the Silvretta Classic: A suitable model was designed based on the popular Belisar chronograph, with a dial in a new design shines and is kept in a copper brown. This special color is reminiscent of automobiles from the 70s and 80s. Thanks to sunburst, the leaf changes color depending on the light and appears matt or shiny at times. The brown tone forms a suitable contrast to the matt white totalizers, while the minute counter is reminiscent of the tachometers of historical automobiles. Retro mushroom pushers, screwed-on flanks and a slightly curved sapphire crystal round off the vintage character of the chronograph.
The Belisar line from UNION GLASHÜTTE stands for special and versatile models. This is also reflected in the Belisar Chronograph Silvretta Classic 2024, which is a real eye-catcher with its copper-brown dial. As is familiar from the Belisar family, the case has retro mushroom pushers and screwed-on flanks. The dial impresses with a completely new design that dispenses with traditional numbers and instead has printed indices. Together with printed luminous dots, these are provided with a Super-LumiNova® coating to ensure good readability. The tachymeter and pulsometer scales are located on the outside of the dial and are reminiscent of historic automobiles.
The minute counter also has a red area, which is reminiscent of a tachometer. Inside the watch beats the UNG-27.S1 with a power reserve of at least 65 hours. The racing character of the watch is rounded off by the black leather strap with racing perforations; there is a replaceable metal strap for a sporty look. The Belisar Chronograph Silvretta Classic 2024 is limited to an exclusive number of 200 pieces and can be purchased at a recommended retail price of 3,450.00 euros including VAT.
