Thank you very much for your time! Before we introduce your new release to our readers – what kind of drink would you recommend to zip on while they listen to your new music?
I would recommend a bittersweet drink, which gives a little melancholy but is gentle on the body. Something with a dry white wine or martini for example, with a hint of a slightly fruity aroma.
Please give us an update about – new single, new album, tour dates, new videos?!
The latest music video, “Amoureuse”, has just been released. The title is available on all streaming platforms.
I am currently working on the development of my first EP, and 3 tracks are in the working. The release is scheduled for the last quarter of 2024 and will be accompanied by two new video clips.
I will be appearing on the Haus of Bobbi set as a Guest a fex times in September and November. I am currently working on songs or covers to build my first solo set.
We live in times of many conspiracy theories. Which, harmless, theory would you wish were true? (For example Dinos living inside Earth or E.T. living in a home in California)
I’m considering green M&m’s and their aphrodisiac properties, but seriously, who needs that? And more “seriously”, Alien abductions which would give supernatural properties to humans. The possibility of a paranormal human transcendence is fascinating.
What fashion style or brand would best describe your music?
Vintage clothing with an Emo touch.
My universe spans many influences through the eras, both from the 80s and 90s, and the whole remains tinged with a certain sensitivity, with a hint of darkness.
Tell us more about your songs! Topics! Message!?
My songs evoke feelings and human relationships.
“C’est si beau” talks about abandoning the feeling of love, with an allegory to drowning at sea. “Quand tu dors” talks about the exaggeration of sensations and feelings during night terrors and insomnia, those moments when you would give your life to protect your loved ones, and where armor and shields fall into the heart while they are brandished in the head.
“Amoureuse” is a cover of a song by Véronique Sanson from 1972, in which the artist talks about adulterous relationships and forbidden love, and the guilt that you can feel..
My next tracks will address the themes of intra-marital violence and the need to free yourself, crossed paths and self-realization.
Beside music, do you have any special talents?
I draw. I write. I photograph. I make videos.
I am in charge with writing and directing the music videos, in co-production with Haus of Bobbi, and most of the visuals.
I describe myself as a multidisciplinary artist and I enjoy crossing artistic fields.
For some time now, I have been pursuing a series of drawings on photographs, in which I combine the traditional photography of men in underwear, with elements drawn on their bodies to embody a character from geek culture (anime, video games, comics, manga, …).
Name 5 things we all should know about you as an artist?!
– I can’t stop thinking
– I am a self-taught artist
– All my projects are self-produced
– I’m trying to learn the piano to accompany me when I sing
– I’m always questionning myself
How did you learn to sing/ to write/ to play??
At school, i studied mainly literature and was very interested in cinema, particularly animated cinema. So writing has been quite natural for me since I was very young.
I decided to sing when I offered my first song’s lyrics to my companion Haus Of Bobbi, and we wanted to try the experience with me as a lead singer. I took a few classes to gain confidence and acquire some techniques so I could jump into the deep end.
A question you’d like to answer, but never been asked in an interview before?!+ Answer pls
Which artists would you like to collaborate with for a duet?
And I would love to work with Louane Emera, Yseult, Pomme, Eddy De Pretto, Cobalt and Montemarco, who are French. More internationally, Aurora, Allie X and Chappell Roan.
