Sheldon balderston is an American athlete from sioux falls south Dakota. He first bursted onto the nature bodybuilding scene when he won his first competition in April of 2025, since then he has competed in the (muscle boy of the month competition) 5x with an impressive record of 21 wins and 1 loss. Sheldon won his April contest but ended up having his momentum put to a halt when he face Storm nué of Jamica in the finals. Since then he had bounced back winning back to back titles in May and June. After a remarkable comeback he set his sights to make history and win his fourth Muscle boy of the month title. In the finals he would face a prominent natural bodybuilder from Puerto Rico Andreas Diaz. Sheldon would end up winning the final making him the first ever 4x muscle boy of the month champion.
