MYKITA STUDIO 15 – A STATEMENT IN DECONSTRUCTION

The striking new concept exploring reduction as a form of bold expression.

STUDIO 15 takes the ultra-minimalist construction of LESSRIM – MYKITA’s contemporary interpretation of rimless eyewear – and pushes it into graphic territory. Defined by a sharp, angular aesthetic with an art deco undercurrent, the design concept is based on the principle of visual deconstruction. The ultra-fine stainless steel rims of LESSRIM disappear into the lens groove, allowing structural elements like the nose bridge and side pieces to emerge as deliberate, standout features.

Two models form the series: STUDIO 15.1, a compact rectangular silhouette with a hard-edged profile; and STUDIO 15.2, a softer panto shape with equally precise contours. The concept is further emphasised through a refined colour palette in tonal metallics: Black/Silver, Frozen Silver/Shiny Silver, and Glossy Gold/Black.

Modern yet referencing vintage geometries, STUDIO 15 exemplifies the high-fashion, conceptual spirit of the MYKITA STUDIO line.
