To support the cause, MR PORTER will donate 100 per cent of profits from the first month of capsule sales to our charity partner, Movember, the leading charity changing the face of men’s health.
Taking inspiration from classic British style, heritage and culture, the capsule blends nostalgic references from the 1980s and 1990s with modern ease. It nods to Savile Row tailoring while playfully weaving in elements of prep and sportswear, juxtaposing sartorial tradition with off-duty, casual dressing. The result is an adaptation of MR PORTER’s favourite Drake’s pieces that celebrate British eccentricity while offering a fresh, hard-working wardrobe for today’s modern gentleman.Key outerwear pieces include the black Shearling Car Coat, crafted in Northern Italy from heavyweight lamb shearling, with a cosy pile and smooth suede exterior; and the belted, single-breasted raincoat made from 8.2oz ripstop fabric, ideal for both town and country.
The collection also features multi-stripe rugby shirts in dense cotton, traditional brushed lambswool jumpers from the Scottish Borders in vibrant colours such as the fuchsia pink, and a utilitarian work shirt in pure cotton, blending heritage tailoring with everyday practicality.
