1. Thank you very much for your time! Before we introduce your new release to our readers – what kind of drink would you recommend to sip on while they listen to your new music?
I’d probably recommend something warm and calming—maybe a cup of green tea or a glass of red wine. My music often carries a reflective, melancholic tone, and I think those drinks invite you to slow down and really be present with it.
2. Please give us an update about – new single, new album, tour dates, new videos?!
I’m currently working on new songs, experimenting with sounds and arrangements. Some of them lean even further into that raw, stripped-back atmosphere I started exploring on Save Our Souls. There’s also new video material in the works, and I’m planning to bring the songs onto the stage in more intimate settings soon.
3. We live in times of many conspiracy theories. Which, harmless, theory would you wish were true? (For example Dinos living inside Earth or E.T. living in a home in California)
I love the idea that trees can secretly communicate with each other through underground networks—a kind of hidden language of the forest. It’s not entirely science fiction, but I’d like to imagine it goes even further than we know, almost like they’re quietly watching over us.
4. What fashion style or brand would best describe your music?
I think my music is closest to something timeless and understated—like a well-worn linen shirt or a pair of vintage boots. Not flashy, but with texture, character, and a story behind it.
5. Tell us more about your songs! Topics! Message!?
My songs often deal with contrasts—love and loss, hope and despair, the beauty and the pain of letting go. I try not to deliver clear messages so much as to open a space where people can find their own reflection. Vulnerability, empathy, and honesty are at the heart of what I write.
6. Beside music, do you have any special talents?
I don’t know if I’d call it a talent, but I’ve always had a strong sense for atmospheres—whether in rooms, conversations, or nature. That sensitivity probably finds its way into my songwriting. Outside of that, I enjoy cooking; it’s another way of creating something that brings people together.
7. Name 5 things we all should know about you as an artist?!
- I started making music by sneaking over to my neighbor’s house to play their piano.
- I went from grunge bands in my teens to indie folk as I grew older and more self-reflective.
- I often draw inspiration from nature, especially forests and coastal landscapes.
- I produce much of my music myself, embracing imperfections as part of the sound.
- For me, vulnerability is not a weakness but the core of authentic songwriting.
8. The road so far…. who or what was your biggest support??
My biggest support has come from the people who believed in me when I wasn’t sure I believed in myself. That includes close friends, my chosen family, and those listeners who connected with my songs despite their imperfections. Their encouragement made me realize that honesty resonates more than perfection ever could.
9. A question you’d like to answer, but never been asked in an interview before?! + Answer pls
Question: “If your music were an animal, what would it be?”
Answer: I think it would be a fox. Quiet, a little shy, sometimes hiding in the forest—but if you catch a glimpse, there’s something mysterious and tender about it. Not the loudest presence, but one that leaves an impression when you notice it.
