1. Thank you very much for your time! Before we introduce your new release to our readers – what kind of drink would you recommend to zip on while they listen to your new music?

Hmm I definitely think for “california king” maybe a coke or lemonade. When I picture a visual of this song I envision James Dean driving down pch during the sunset in his convertible so I think it would be suitable for him to be drinking a coke or some sort of soda.

2. Please give us an update about – new single, new album, tour dates, new videos?!

Yes! I’ve taken my time over this last year to curate my next body of work. I will always have a special place in my heart for my debut EP, ‘Dead Boy Walking’ so I wanted to take a different approach to this next project. As an artist, I think it’s really important to trust your instincts, however, it is important to also push yourself creatively in order to grow and evolve. I’ve worked with multiple producers and songwriters on this new music and am very excited to share all of it. I have some music video concepts I am currently writing treatments for to go along with all of the new music. My next single will be released in March and I’m extremely excited about it. It’s more of a house inspired dance song and I can’t wait to see what people think. I have no plans to tour but that is my main goal for this year. I will definitely be playing more shows this year no matter what.

3. We live in times of many conspiracy theories. Which, harmless, theory would you wish were true? (For example Dinos living inside Earth or E.T. living in a home in California)

I love that question. I think it would be cool if our pets could actually talk to us. After seeing so many movies where dogs are talking, I don’t think I would think it was that strange.

4. What fashion style or brand would best describe your music?

I am definitely a person who loves shopping and finding my style. I love thrifting and finding new pieces at flea markets. I am definitely a maximalist when it comes to my closet… but I am trying to condense in 2025. Quality is definitely more important than quantity and I really love pairing vintage designer pieces with other pieces I got from Goodwill. I don’t often shop at big named stores, but it’s always fun to get a nice new pair of shoes or pieces of jewelry. My style is definitely preppy casual, but it really depends on the day and how I’m feeling.

5. Tell us more about your songs! Topics! Message!?

It’s really important to me that my music is as authentic as it possibly can be. I try to never filter my writing because my storytelling is what separates me from other artists. I am confident in my vocal abilities, but I know that my voice is not going to be the main thing that sets me apart. It’s rare to find artists that are really upfront about struggles with mental health, body image, sexuality, relationships, family, etc. Songwriting is my therapy, it’s how I process any difficult experiences I go through in my life. I feel like it’s a gift that not only helps me, but can help others as well. If I try to censor it, it loses its power and reach in a big way.

6. Beside music, do you have any special talents?

I have always loved spelling so I would say I’m a pretty good speller. I am also a huge lover of anything pop culture so I definitely know a lot of niche facts about the entertainment industry. I can also sing with my mouth closed which is not very useful but kinda cool?

7. Name 5 things we all should know about you as an artist?!

That’s a great question.

  1. I would say that my music is pieces of who I am in song form. You can expect thatevery story I tell is true and something I have lived through and tried to put into words. I have only just begun to work with other songwriters because telling my stories authentically is very important to me.
  2. Performing live is my greatest love and I’ve been a choir/theatre kid my whole life. Gaining an audience big enough to where I can tour one day is my biggest goal.
  3. I comped all of my vocals remotely on my song “Plane Ticket”.
  4. I love Marketing and Social Media so 99% of all promo I have done is something Imade or has come from my brain.
  5. I am very inspired by powerhouse vocalists (Whiteny Houston, Adele, LionelRichie, John Legend, etc) as well as singer-songwriter/folk pop music (Bon Iver) so I love to find a blend of those sounds in my music.

8. The road so far…. who or what was your biggest support??

Luckily, I come from a family that has always supported my passions and dreams wholeheartedly. My mom, dad, step-dad, and sister have come to pretty much all of my shows throughout my life and are always promoting me to their friends and peers. I am truly so lucky to have them cheering me on and believing in me.

9. A question you’d like to answer, but never been asked in an interview before?! + Answer pls

Question: What would be your dream venue to play in Los Angeles?

Answer: My dream venue to play in LA would definitely be the Greek Theatre. It’s a venue I have loved going to for many years. It’s very big, yet somehow so intimate and peaceful. I saw Troye Sivan play there in 2018 and that show was a huge marker for the direction I wanted to go in musically. I see a lot of myself In Troye and he has taught me that although it’s difficult, you CAN find success by being yourself and people will support you 100%. I still remember how inspired I felt that day, not only by Troye, but by the energy in the venue and how attentive the audience was. I just know that when I make it to a venue like that, it will be a full circle moment.
