I’ve made calendars on and off for the last ten years, mainly because it’s great to see my work in print and to be able to display it properly. From „hot guys“ to concept calendars (in the past I’ve done Heavenly Angels, and Rise of the Superheroes)
This year I’ve been so lucky with alot of the models I’ve met and worked with, it’s been so inspiring and I really wanted to create something that felt cohesive, sexy and fun. The idea came from a shoot I had with one of the guys, who brought a retro vibe outfit. He looked amazing, and really sexy even though he wasn’t showing that much skin. Kind of got me thinking about a retro and sporty concept. I grew up in the 80’s and I really liked the fun people had with fashion.
The models in the calendar are mostly members of House of Immortal, my most inspiring and talented guys, the ones who have supported me and my work as well as each other.
We planned to shoot over two days, which sounded like a really efficient way of getting the shots. Little did I know how much fun we were going to have. Pulling the wardrobe together, working on different outfit ideas. I collaborated with an incredible hair and make up artist that I’ve known for about ten years, he’s the only one I trust with projects like this and he absolutely nailed the look I wanted.
This project has been an amazing experience, and I’ll be launching the calendar presale along with my brand new, completely redesigned website on 8th November (my birthday).
