HANRO atelier pays homage to the tradition of craftsmanship and the people behind it. It honors and celebrates the brand’s heritage, bringing it to life again and again. As a platform for artistic collaboration, the atelier provides a space for encounters with designers, artists, and visionaries who share HANRO’s values of quality, authenticity, and timeless aesthetics. For the Spring/Summer 2026 collection, HANRO enters into a creative dialogue with Berlin-based painter Charlotte Adam.
“As a traditional brand with a strong brand identity, we are constantly navigating between authenticity and relevance. We believe in dialogue with people who share HANRO’s values and can reinterpret them in new ways. This creates an authentic, mutually enriching partnership between equals. We are not interested in quick, short-term marketing successes or trends. Together, we celebrate HANRO’s heritage, keep it alive, and continue to evolve it. This allows us to offer our customers unique, emotional experiences and products,“ explains Stephan Hohmann, HANRO Managing Director.
Tradition and curiosity
Charlotte Adam’s art combines classical and modern influences, blending a deep respect for traditions with an experimental curiosity. Her work is characterized by subtle detail and interprets aesthetics in an intuitive, contemporary, and often humorous way. Charlotte captures fleeting moments in her paintings, inviting viewers to pause, reflect, and smile at life’s small yet meaningful details.

„Souvenirs“ – Limited Unisex Capsule Collection
The twelve-piece, limited-edition unisex collection merges iconic HANRO bestsellers with recurring motifs from Charlotte Adam’s imagery. Inspired by the nostalgic wanderlust of the 1960s to 1980s – vintage postcards, stamps, and the cinematic world of Wes Anderson – “Souvenirs” captures the spirit of seaside, city, and countryside escapes. Each pieces is designed as an ideal travel companion—whether for a getaway by the sea, a city weekend, or a retreat to the countryside.
Charlotte Adam creates visual highlights through a palette of bold, collegiate-inspired colors: Estate Blue, Cherry Red, and Branch Green —vibrant shades perfect for summer. The tops draw inspiration from HANRO favorites such as ‘Touch Feeling’, the ribbed ‘Sleep & Lounge’ top, and the classic T-shirt from the ‘Natural Shirts’ line, along with a silk top from the ‘Grand Central’ collection. A standout piece is the sailor-collar shirt. The bottoms are based on ‘Touch Feeling’, ‘Fancy Woven’ and ‘Sleep & Lounge’ styles.
All designs feature exclusive branding elements, including a custom label and hangtag created especially for the collaboration. The campaign for the collection will launch in March 2026.
With this HANRO atelier edition, the brand once again positions itself as a bridge between tradition and modernity—creating a space where design becomes cultural dialogue.
