When I agreed to these photography sessions, I had no idea how important they would become. Unexpectedly they are a mirror, reflecting a truth I was only beginning to understand as I stepped into my authentic self under my chosen name and identity.
Staring at these photographs now evokes a profound feeling of wholeness. They visually encapsulate the complex journey of discovering who I am and who I aspire to be. They’re simple yet complex; raw yet elegant; confident without pretension. They allow me to see something beautifully omnipresent that I hadn’t recognized within myself before. It is a testament to the power of seeing oneself reflected authentically, a validation that I hope resonates with others on their own journeys of self-acceptance.
