1. Thank you very much for your time! Before we introduce your new release to our readers – what kind of drink would you recommend to zip on while they listen to your new music?

PBR, easy.

2. Please give us an update about – new single, new album, tour dates, new videos?!

My new single ‘High’ came out on July 26th. This is the 1st of 5 singles off my upcoming project due in 2025. This song is about being an anxious person and smoking to remedy it.

3. We live in times of many conspiracy theories. Which, harmless, theory would you wish were true? (For example Dinos living inside Earth or E.T. living in a home in California)

I was reading a list the other day and one of them was theorizing that Prince Charles was a vampire. I read no more on the subject because I thought my ignorance would be more entertaining.

4. What fashion style or brand would best describe your music?

I’d say Brain Dead. I own way too many Brain Dead pieces, they are easily one of my favorite brands.

5. Tell us more about your songs! Topics! Message!?

A recurring theme in a lot of my songs is anxiety. High is  about being an

anxious person and smoking to remedy it. Over the years, I’ve tried to take  all that anxious energy and turn it into something productive, and that has resulted in easiy 100+ songs. I feel like the best way to combat anxiety is to not shy away from it, but take it head on.

6. Beside music, do you have any special talents?

I’m a pretty decent soccer player. I played in high school but gave it up for music. I still avidly watch though. I support Chelsea and at the moment they ruin every single one of my weekends with how ass they play.

7. Name 5 things we all should know about you as an artist?!

  1. I was born in Washington, DC but now live in Nashville.
  2. I have previously released 2 EP’s entitled, ‘I’m Always Lying, Make Me Famous’ and ‘Mither.’
  3. I am also in a grunge/shoegaze band called ‘Doom Mutual.’
  4. I have a lot more music planned for 2024 and 2025.
  5. I’d say my genre is Alternative/Indie Rock. Some of my biggest influences are Bloc Party and Arctic Monkeys.

8. How did you learn to sing/ to write/ to play??

My parents are punks and I grew up listening to The Ramones, Bad Brains, Dead Kennedys, etc… Being surrounded by that type of music as a kid definitely nurtured my influences. When I was 5, my family and I found out I had a decent enough voice (for a 5 year old) and I just took it and ran. I started guitar lessons at 8 years old and became obsessed with music.

9. A question you’d like to answer, but never been asked in an interview before?! + Answer pls

If you were stranded on a desert island and could only bring one album, which ONE album would it be?

Deceiver by DIIV. I’ve listened to that album weekly for 3 years straight and it never gets old.
