Brayden Bell – Debut ‚Box Office Bomb‘ EP + Exclusive Interview

1. Thank you very much for your time! Before we introduce your new release to our readers – what kind of drink would you recommend to zip on while they listen to your new music?

Of course! A frosty pint of beer is probably going to be your best bet.

2. Please give us an update about – new single, new album, tour dates, new videos?!

My full EP “Box Office Bomb” just dropped on June 21st! I’ll be doing some heavy promotion over the next few months, with some live shows beginning in August. I’ll be touring around Canada mostly, but looking to book some shows internationally as well.

3. We live in times of many conspiracy theories. Which, harmless, theory would you wish were true? (For example Dinos living inside Earth or E.T. living in a home in California)

I think I’ll start a new one if that’s alright. Forget the earth being flat or sperical, I believe the earth to be square. I can prove it.

4. What fashion style or brand would best describe your music?

Honestly, some thrifted vintage clothes would be a nice description. Worn-in, with a story to tell. Oh and the odd stain here or there.

5. Tell us more about your songs! Topics! Message!?

Messages…Make plans with your friends, don’t be afraid to take time off, try your best to not over complicate a simple thing, stay optimistic in new relationships, live your life as if it was a movie, sometimes it’s best to feel the feelings, and lastly.. question everything and stay curious. These are some common themes in the new EP.

6. Beside music, do you have any special talents?

I could eat Pho every day of my life.

7. Name 5 things we all should know about you as an artist?!

  • Always seeking new music to listen to
  • I love everything production!
  • I also write and produce music for film and advertisement with my lovely wife Amelie Patterson
  • I play many different instruments, but I’d say I’m more of a “jack of all trades, master of none”
  • Music is by far my greatest outlet

8. How did you learn to sing/ to write/ to play??

Just years of doing it. I’ve always had a passion for music, and it’s one of the very few things that I’ve stayed consistent with my whole life.

9. A question you’d like to answer, but never been asked in an interview before?! + Answer pls

Have you ever thought about creating an alternate artist persona? Yes, and one would be Nedyarb Lleb and all my music would be backwards.
