1. Thank you very much for your time! Before we introduce your new release to our readers – what kind of drink would you recommend to sip on while they listen to your new music?
Ouh, probably either a really delicious local coffee (as we have collaborated with a local coffee company for our merch), or a crisp beer.
2. Please give us an update about – new single, new album, tour dates, new videos?!
Our album “Dandy” comes out early May with a very cool music video, and we have a bunch of wonderful shows coming up; namely, Québec City (Feb 18), Montréal (Feb 19), Powell River (March 7th), Uk tour (early May), etc.
3. Name 5 things we all should know about you as a band?!
We personify plants and animals in our music, that’s our whole thing, to bring on empathy for their protection.
We met on a reality tv show for singer songwriters and we were both finalists; instead of becoming enemies, we started a band.
We live in different provinces in Canada, so we only see each other on tour.
We both have solo musical careers.
We’ve both previously lived in Texas, very randomly.
4. What fashion style or brand would best describe your music?

5. We live in times of many conspiracy theories. Which, harmless, theory would you wish were true? (For example Dinos living inside Earth or E.T. living in a home in California)
What do you mean conspiracy? Aliens are obviously real, and here. 🙂
6. If you could change anything about the industry, what would it be?
The way musicians are treated as second class citizens; see streaming pay outs.
7. Tell us more about your songs! Topics! Message!?
Our songs personify plants and animals, for example our song Tulip speaks to passing trends; in the 1600s the tulip became so popular that it was dubbed Tulipomania. You could trade your daughter for a single tulip bulb. One day, the flower got a virus that changed it from monochromatic color, to numerous colors, and just like that, tulipomania died. It reminds us of passing beauty trends, and how much energy these trends harvest from us.
