Today marks the start of the 100-day countdown to the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. As athletes prepare for the start on February 6, 2026, official timekeeper OMEGA is unveiling a special Speedmaster watch to commemorate the occasion.
OMEGA has been providing top-tier timekeeping for the Olympic Games since 1932. The brand’s first experience with the Winter Games came in 1936 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. Over the past nine decades, the Swiss watchmaker has continuously refined the technology athletes rely on, redefining its own standards of precision and excellence. At Milano Cortina, OMEGA will time all 116 events across eight sports – including, for the first time, ski mountaineering.
The Speedmaster Milano Cortina 2026 features a 38 mm case in fully polished stainless steel. This is fitted with a blue ceramic bezel featuring a white enamel tachymeter scale. The white lacquered dial, coated with a light blue frost effect, adds a wintry touch. A finger line runs through the frost, forming a pattern inspired by the „2“ of the Milano Cortina 2026 logo. The subdials are also lacquered and finished with a special azurage technique reminiscent of freshly groomed ski slopes.

Other distinctive details include the central seconds hand with its subtle blue gradient and the dark blue Milano Cortina 2026 typography in the date window at 6 o’clock. The case back features an embossed medallion bearing the Milano Cortina 2026 emblem – a lasting memento of this major sporting event.
The watch is worn on a polished and brushed stainless steel bracelet with OMEGA’s patented comfort adjustment mechanism. Precise timekeeping is ensured by the automatic Co-Axial Calibre 3330 with a 52-hour power reserve.
