I work out every day to keep my body in shape. In my spare time I choose interesting books to read. I share everything with my friends no matter whether I am happy or sad.
Do you believe people can change? Change their habits, physical appearance … what it takes?
I do believe people can change and they change to be Better. We all learn from our mistakes. For example, people quit smoking because they know that smoke is a bad habit therefore, they change their bad habit.
What’s your favorite person of all times? Why he/she inspires you?
My favorite person is my mother, because she told me to treat the person the same, no matter if they are rich or not, we have to be fair to everyone
Benefits of yoga and meditation in your life?
When we do the mediation or yoga, our brain is so calm and this will let to make a clear decision.
Any causes you support? How people can help others?
People can help others even if they didn’t ask for the help, also you don’t need any reason to help, what you need is empathy.
Favorite movies, books or music?
My flavor movie is Eat Pray Love. Because this movie tells us to smile with our face, smile and mind.
