1. How did you get into modeling?
I started into modeling when I was 17 years old. I had some photographer friends and they used to ask me if they could take pics of me posing for them. I’m a Venezuelan dancer and that’s basically what I do for living. That’s my work. When I came to Buenos Aires, I met some photographers and I started to take pics too. Right now modeling is something I do only on my Instagram. But if I find the oportunity of get in to this world I would do it with no doubts. I think modeling is not easy at all, and got some respect for it. But truth is that I enjoy doing it, so when I do it on my Instagram I try to make it well. You’ll never know who’s watching.
2. What are you doing if you are not modeling?
I’m a dancer and that’s my work now. Which I love because dancing is my biggest connection with art and with my body and soul. so when I’m not modeling I’m teaching or training on the dance floor.
3. The most spontaneous/difficult/strange thing you’ve ever done?
Moving from Venezuela to Buenos Aires. It wasn’t an easy experience, everybody knows what’s the current situation in Venezuela, so when I started to feel that my goals were not being met. I took the decition of coming here, wasn’t an easy decition cause I didn’t had the money to travel on a comfortable way. I came by car on a week trip. Was hard, but was awesome. Cause I proved to myself how much I can do to protect my dreams. I would do it again cause now I think I found more that I was looking for.
4. What do you love on Social Media? – What do you hate on Social Media?
I love that with social media you can be connected with people all around the world. You can show your work and your opinion about everything. You have your own voice, and It will be listened by people who probably need it but maybe you’ll never meet them in person because they live in another country or continent. With social media you can be with them in just one second. And maybe I hate the fact that In social media most of the time we usually overestimate superficial things, that’s not completely negative, but we don’t have to forget our individuality. I think everything is fine with social networks if we do not forget that the secret is not to imitate but to be.
