- Hello! My name is Alex and I am a multi-instrumental electronic producer from Toronto.

- My latest single “Natural” is out now on all platforms! One of my favourite productions to date.
3. Name 5 things we all should know about you as an artist?!
- I started making music when I was 17
- I love food
- I love to travel
- I am passionate about photography
- Although I love making electronic music, I also love making rock music
4. What fashion style or brand would best describe your music?
- Madhappy: because I think my music has a certain upbeat yet laidback vibe. All of MadHappy’s clothing is versatile and can be worn when you lay back and chill on the couch or if you wanna get up and leave your house to go somewhere.
5. Tell us more about your songs! Topics! Message!?
- With every song I produce, my main goal is to capture a specific vibe and feeling.
6. Beside music, do you have any special talents?
- Eating a lot of food at once. I honestly would enter food eating contests.
7. Being on stage feels like….!
- Hours of hard work getting paid off in an energetic explosion of emotions.
8. How did you learn to sing/ to write/ to play??
- I started playing piano when I was 10 years old and guitar when I was 15. I practiced everyday and practiced by learning songs I loved.
9. Aside from Distant Matter do you see yourself having other alias’s where you would release music?
- 100%. I plan to start a rock alias very soon, as well as a DJ duo with my little brother who also produces music.
